**PREP COOK**

As a Prep Cook, you will be an essential team member responsible for food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly in a fast-paced kitchen environment. With core skills in food handling, food safety, and kitchen experience, you will ensure the quality and consistency of our dishes. Your premium skill in serving may also be utilized during peak hours to support the kitchen team. Join our team and showcase your expertise in the food industry while contributing to the success of our culinary operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation.
- Must be familiar with the use of kitchen equipment.
- Current Food Handing Certificate.
- Diploma in food services or equivalent is an asset.
- Previous retirement home experience.
- Must have empathy for, and an understanding of the needs of the elderly.
