**Key Areas of Involvement**
The Transport Physician will be an acute care practitioner (emergency medicine, anesthesia, ICU, trauma surgery) who will work with a Registered Flight Nurse, and Critical Care Paramedic either in person or on-line, to provide high quality care and service, which includes rapid response assessment, intervention, and safe transport of critically ill or injured patients of all ages from the scene of an accident or during inter-facility transfer. - TPs may periodically need to fly on fixed wing flights and use ground ambulances to aid in critical care patient transfers;
