,**ABOUT US** **Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a cleaner to join us We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Job 1: Showroom Cleaner Wage: $19.00 per hour Location: West 5th Ave and Yukon St, Vancouver Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 12pm Hours: 3.5 hours per session (14 hours per week) Job 2: Billiard Pool Hall Cleaner Wage: $18.00 per hour Location: No. 3 Road & Leslie, Richmond Schedule: 4 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday - anytime between 6am - 11:30am) Hours: 2 hours per session (8 hours per week) Job 3: Exterior Litter Pick Up Cleaner Wage: $22.00 per hour Location: Gilbert Road & Westminster Hwy, Richmond Schedule: 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - anytime during the day) Hours: 1.5 hours per session (4.5 hours per week) - **Job 2 and Job 3 above is a packaged job**_ Job 4: Common Area of Commercial Building Caretaker Wage: $20.00 per hour Location: Glen Dr and Pinetree Wy, Coquitlam Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am - 1pm) Hours: 4 hours each session (20 hours per week) Mandatory qualifications: - You own a smartphone with data - You are authorized to work in Canada - No subcontractors Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience - Experience in surface disinfection - Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**: - Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas - Garbage and recycling disposal - Clean windows and mirrors - Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high - Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products **If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with the following documents and information**: - Resume - Availability (What days and times are you available during the week) - References (mandatory) - We thank all applicants for their submissions.
