**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repairs or installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites, including HVAC technicians when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy lifting techniques to handle materials safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot various plumbing systems.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Familiarity with welding techniques may be beneficial for specific tasks.
- A valid commercial driver’s license is a plus for transporting materials between job sites.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous for integrated installations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
