Job description : Shipper/Receiver

**Your key responsibilities will be**
- Receiving parts both in person and within our ERP system
- Stocking and organizing parts in warehouse
- Conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring stock is at correct levels
- Arranging shipping with carriers and preparing packages for shipment
- Handling any external parts or customer supplied parts
- Staging parts for service technicians
- Inventory transfers and stock movements in ERP system
- Working with other branches to ensure adequate stock
- Loading and offloading of trucks

**Requirements**:

- We cannot stress enough that strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and procedures is a critical and non-negotiable skill required for this job
- Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment
- Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little oversight or direction
- Great attention to detail
- A team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong consideration will be given to individuals with experience in any/all of the following areas:

- Shipping and Receiving Experience
- Health and safety
- Forklift experience
- ERP Usage
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
