Auto-cad Draftsperson

Our team is seeking a hard-working AutoCAD Draftsperson to assist with production of various surveying plans, including but not limited to; Subdivision Plans, Condominium Plans, Strata Plans, Reference Plans, Expropriation Plans, Surveyor's Real Property Reports, Plan of surveys and Topographic Sketches.

Past experience with Micro Survey, AutoCAD,and Teranet are an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various Reports and Plans using Auto-CAD
- Compile existing survey plans and perform simple calculations.
- Organize, Scan and manage survey documents.
- Perform title search and survey records search.
- Assist with the other office tasks including organization of historical records.
- Review information/Plans with OLS, field crews and other staff.

Previous relative surveying experience is favourable, however not required. Onsite training is provided.

Wage will be based on past experience.

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
