We’re hiring upbeat and motivated individuals to join us as **In/Out Lodge Housekeeping & Support Staff** at our remote full-service lodges.

Position Overview

If you enjoy practical work and like the idea of flying into the bush to support a northern operation, this role could be a great fit. You’ll help prepare guest cabins, assist with meal service, maintain lodge facilities, and support the day-to-day operation of a remote lodge. The season runs from **May to September 2026**, and the role is best suited to people who are physically fit, dependable, and comfortable living and working in remote settings.

Key Responsibilities

**Housekeeping & Guest Service**
- Clean and prepare guest cabins.
- Vacuum and mop floors, clean bathrooms, and refill toiletries.
- Handle laundry, make beds, and manage garbage and recycling.
- Sanitize surfaces and polish kitchen appliances.

**Meal Service Support**
- Assist with breakfast and dinner service.
- Clear and sort dishes, wipe tables and chairs, and restock condiments.
- Prepare simple items such as sandwiches or shore-lunch kits.
- Set dining room tables and support dishwashing as needed.

**Lodge Support & Maintenance**
- Help maintain boats, docks, and lodge grounds.
- Complete basic repairs, painting, and touch-ups as needed.
- Assist with lawn mowing and general grounds care.
- Support lodge openings and closings.
- Follow daily tasks assigned by the lodge manager.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must have a minimum of one year of experience in a lodge, hotel, or similar setting.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a strong asset.
- Experience with painting, basic repairs, and maintaining lodge facilities and equipment in good working order is required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and adaptability when plans change are essential.
- Applicants must be committed to completing the full season in a remote environment.

Compensation
- **$3,800 per month**:

- Room and board provided
- Share of gratuities
