Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room setup and refreshments
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
