ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Guest Experience team is the face of The Amazing Brentwood brand. Guest experience begins the moment the Guest sets foot on our property. From their arrival, to when they enter our doors, visit our retailers, restaurants, services etc.; our objective is to amaze and delight our Guests at every opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as an Ambassador for The Amazing Brentwood by having the most up to date knowledge on all in Centre events and programming, retailer and restaurant information, and all Centre and Guest Experience offerings.
- Deliver the highest level of guest service to all guests, anticipate needs, and create memorable experiences by going above and beyond.
- Answer all internal and external telephone calls.
- Dispatch other departments to communicate guest requests or issues via a 2-way radio device.
- Assist with all Guest Experience offerings such as wayfinding, gift card sales, gift wrap, wheelchair rentals, concierge services, personalized offerings, etc.
- Assist in the planning and execution of all site events and programming.
- Tour the site, ensuring all brand standards are being maintained.
- Maintain and balance a cash float at the end of every shift.
- Maintain various tracking sheets for informational and budgeting purposes.
Required Training and Experience:
- 2+ years of previous experience in the high customer facing role.
- High levels of competency with Microsoft Word, Adobe and Microsoft Excel.
- University or post-secondary education an asset.
- Second or third language an asset.
- First Aid Level 1, CPR is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple departments; understand and interpret their needs and identify solutions to non-routine queries.
- Extremely well organized, disciplined, and able to work well in a busy team environment.
- Performs job duties in an accurate, detail-oriented, and productive fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multitasking skills.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Takes personal ownership and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Displays service excellence in dealing with internal and external guests, colleagues, and partners.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
