L’analyste est en charge du côté financier de l’usine. Il agit en tant que partenaire d’affaire de l’équipe manufacturière pour lui assurer une bonne information financière, l’aider à comprendre ses résultats, optimiser ses opérations et effectuer des projets de transformation. Interaction très fréquente avec les Analystes en usines au sein de l’équipe du frais et du congelé à travers le Canada Relève du Contrôleur comptabilité de gestion et fait partie d’une équipe de 5 Analystes et d’un Chef.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Fournir à la direction un aperçu et une analyse des facteurs de performance
- Soutenir les activités de fin de mois et les écritures de journal
- Diagnostiquer et signaler le rendement et les pertes d’ingrédients, volume, main d’œuvre et autres dépenses à chaque semaine
- Aider l’équipe de direction de l’usine à développer et à suivre les indicateurs de performances clés pour l’évaluation de la performance fonctionnelle et des pistes d’amélioration pour une réduction supplémentaire des coûts
- Développer des informations basées sur des données et des faits pour soutenir les décisions permettant des mesures de productivité pour réduire le coût global de l’usine
- Environ 35% de la charge de travail dédié à la fin de mois

**Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- DEC en comptabilité ou Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, comptabilité ou finance, obtenue ou en voie d’obtention, ou expérience jugé pertinente
- Bonne connaissance d'Excel, des formules et du tableau croisé dynamique (Power Query un atout)
- Attitude analytique, curieux, autonome, positif et orienté vers les solutions
- Capacité à respecter des délais serrés et à travailler sous pression
