- Ensure the safety of its employees and a safe environment free of all risks- Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality-
- Engage and develop all your employees**Responsible**- Implement processes and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement within your sector- Ensure that conditions are in place for constant communication with employees (floor rounds, logbooks, etc.)- Actively participate in the creation and implementation of optimization and investment projects- Help to make your business unit’s strategic plan- Ensure healthy working relationships and provide active listening to employees- Experiences and strengths- Extensive supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence- Ability to deal with change and to propose favourable adaptation conditions- Ability to guide and coach team members- Sound judgment to ensure follow-up and effective implementation of solutions in accordance with company priorities and to make appropriate decisions- Ability to carry out a number of projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities- Ability to manage ambiguous and complex situations- Strong communication skills, tact and diplomacy- Excellent ability to build and support a customer-focused culture based on a people-centred approach- Agility needed to work with various technological tools- Proficiency in written and spoken French and basic knowledge of English- Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)**Core competencies defined for this job**
