**Summary**

We are seeking an Gradall Excavator Operator to join our team at Ruby Rock Asphalt Works Ltd. This position is crucial for the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Operator will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble materials and equipment for various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to supervisors promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating a Gradall excavator,
- MUST have at least 2 years experience with concrete removal and prep work.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
