**Shift**: Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Office filing of paperwork.
- Creation of manual orders.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems - balancing of spreadsheets by order to ensure no missed revenue.
- Works closing with the reverse team (returns).
- Load and unload shipments in an efficient and safe manner.
- Move product to storage areas with proper material handling equipment (pallet jack)
- Ability to modify and rework orders to meet specific customer requirements.
- Efficiently store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
- Prior to product storage, count all product, compare to manifest, and check all shipments for damage.
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, storing, and load functions, as required.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, strapping and discard in proper containers or designated areas as required.
- Other duties as required.

**HEALTH & SAFETY**:

- Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act including Safety, Violence and Harassment laws.
- Work in a healthy and safe manner following Metro’s policies, procedures.
- Always wear or use protective equipment.
- Report any hazards you find in the workplace to your supervisor.
- Must not use or operate equipment in a manner that would endanger yourself or others.
- Must not put other workers at risk by your actions.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 1-year warehouse experience
