"Skills Required: - 10+ years of SAP Experience - SAP SD Conversant with ATP, SAP Fiori apps, Workflows - Strong and proven understanding of SAP landscapes and terms, including management of change and management of a parallel/dual SAP landscape - 3+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experience with expertise in Domestic/Export /Deemed Export Sales & Billing, Transportation Management (KAD), Service/Milestone Billing, FOC Sales, Project Based billing, Taxation, Revenue Recognition, Sales Contract, Sales Return/customer complaints, Project Planning & Budget, Warranty Management, Project Profitability, Inter company Sales, Return Containers, Inter Plant Stock, Transfer, Pricing, Proof of Delivery, Customer Consignment, Maintenance Sales, Service Order Management, Subcomponent Management, Dispute Management, Rebates and Commission, Settlement contract - Experience of project execution through Agile methodology - Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with effective listening skills - Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a busy environment - ECC to S/4HANA Conversion experience - Worked extensively with Customer in driving Testing, Cutover Activities - Domain experience in aero/process manufacturing industry Roles & Responsibilities: - Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with development team - Bring in strong business process knowledge on OTC processes and integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, WM etc. - Build global O2C template and proposes process improvement plans - Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements - Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments - Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development team - adoption of Agile methodology - Ensure effective communication to all stake holders from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective" **Salary**: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Montreal, QC: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required) **Experience**: - SAP SD (required) - SAP S4 HANA implementation experience (required) - ECC to S/4HANA Conversion experience (required) - aero/process manufacturing industry (required)
