Description du rôle:
- Le stagiaire sera rattaché au groupe ERP, sous le département informatique. L'objectif principal du stage sera d'exécuter ''business process analysis and documentation''. Sous la supervision du responsable du groupe ERP et en collaboration avec le senior analyste commercial, le stagiaire fixera des entretiens avec les responsables des processus, examinera les processus documentés avec eux et les corrigera si nécessaire.
- Le stagiaire servira également d'analyste pour les exigences ad hoc. Chaque fois qu'une nouvelle exigence est identifiée par une ressource clé, le stagiaire sera responsable de l'analyse et de la documentation de la nouvelle exigence. L'exigence sera ensuite présentée au responsable du groupe ERP et aux autres managers concernés par le processus affecté.
Compétences recherchées:
- Raisonnement analytique
- Documentation
- MS Vizio (ou outils de documentation de flux de travail comparables)
- Facilité avec les logiciels et la technologie
- Expérience ERP ou logiciels métier
- Expérience Dynamics NAV ou Business Central est un plus
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Grande capacité à gérer les tâches et les priorités.
- Grande capacité à travailler seul sur la documentation
- Le rôle est hybride. Certains jours nécessiteront une présence sur site pour travailler avec des ressources clés.About opportunity:

Role Description:
- The intern will be attached to the ERP Group, under the IT department. Core focus of the internship will be to execute business process analysis and documentation. Under the supervision of the Group ERP Manager and collaborating with the Senior Business Analyst, the intern will set interview with process owners, review the documented process with them and correct them as needed.
- The intern will also serve as analyst for ad hoc requirements. Whenever a new requirement is identified by a key resource, the intern will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of the new requirement. The requirement will then be presented to the Group ERP Manager and other managers related to the process affected.
Desired abilities:
- Analytic reasoning
- Documentation
- MS Vizio (or comparable workflow documentation tools)
- Ease with software and technology
- ERP or business software experience
- Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities.
- Strong ability to work alone on documentation
- Role is hybrid. Some days will require on-site presence to work with key resources.
