As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious espresso drinks, beautiful latte art, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure all drinks are prepared to meet the high standards outlined during training, providing customers with a consistently excellent coffee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, including expertly crafted latte art.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all drinks meet the quality standards outlined during training, consistently delivering great taste and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assist in restocking supplies and keeping inventory up to date.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista experience, with a focus on espresso drinks and latte art.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow health and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the craft.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
