**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Build frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
- Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, or tile.
- Fabricate wooden structures according to design specifications.
- Perform concrete forming for foundations or other structural elements.
- Conduct electrical installations as needed for various projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques.
- Ability to build structures with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience in plumbing installations is a plus.
- Familiarity with flooring installation methods.
- Skilled in fabricating custom woodwork or cabinetry.
- Knowledge of concrete forming processes is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
