**Assistant to the President**

GA International is an innovative manufacturer of specialty labels and Identification solutions in the biomedical, biopharmaceutical and various high-tech industries. Our headquarter is located in the center of Laval, Quebec, with operations worldwide such as the United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom and India.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the President is aware of and participates in meetings;
- Coordinate meetings;
- Participate in meeting with the president when required;
- Manage and maintain the President's various projects and ensure deadlines are met;
- Analyze and prioritize distribution of messages and follow-ups ;
- Prepare documents for meetings and materials for presentations;
- Any other related administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma (DEC) in office technology or equivalent
- Excellent command of the Office suite
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Excellent command of the French and English languages (oral and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work with deadlines and autonomously
- This job is 100% on-site.

**Adjoint(e) du Président**

GA International Inc. est une entreprise de recherche et développement située à Laval (Québec) et est un fabricant de produits d'identification dans le secteur de la biotechnologie pour l'entreposage à long terme d'échantillons biologiques dans des laboratoires. Notre siège social est situé à Laval (QC) avec des opérations locales aux États-Unis, aux Pays-Bas, au Royaume-Uni ainsi qu'en Inde.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer le calendrier, les courriels et la correspondance via Outlook;
- Gérer les courriels du président et y répondre en conséquence ;
- S'assurer que le président est au courant des réunions et y participe ;
- Coordonner les réunions ;
- Participer aux réunions avec le président si nécessaire ;
- Gérer et maintenir les différents projets du président et s'assurer du respect des délais ;
- Analyser et prioriser la distribution des messages et des suivis ;
- Préparer les documents pour les réunions et le matériel pour les présentations ;
- Toute autre tâche administrative connexe.

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en bureautique ou l'équivalent;
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Office Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- Excellente maîtrise des langues française et anglaise (oral et écrit);
- Fortes capacités d'organisation et de communication;
- Excellente connaissance de MS Office;
- Capacité à travailler dans le respect des délais et de manière autonome.
