Duty Manager - South (Part Time)

YMCA Calgary - South Zone

Start Date: Immediately

**Salary**: $18.90/hr - $21.00/hr

What qualifications are we looking for?
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Minimum of one supervisory experience;
- Strong conflict resolution skills;
- Interest in and dedication to Health and Safety policy and procedure;
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification (CPR recertified within the last 12 months);
- Evidence of a clear Police Information Check including a Vulnerable Sector Search;
- Three professional references required.

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?

The Duty Manager - South will:

- Provide excellent customer service;
- Maintain facility security and safety;
- Respond to facility emergencies, first aid requests, incidents and theft;
- Ensure safety of members and staff in a proactive manner;
- Be aware of all programs and facility bookings; ensuring that facilitators have all necessary resources;
- Work in a strong team environment; providing support to busy areas, tours, set-up of program areas and anything else required to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
