**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install glass for windows, doors, showers, railings, gyms, skylights, storefronts, and other structures.
- Handle glass in a safe and efficient manner to prevent breakage and injury.
- Install glass using appropriate adhesives, sealants, and other materials to ensure secure and weatherproof installations.
- Repair and replace broken or damaged glass in existing installations.
- Work with a variety of glass types, including tempered, laminated, and insulated glass units.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and instructions from supervisors or clients.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for glass installation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with the completed work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy glass panels and work at heights. (80 pounds)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in glass installation or related field.
- Experience with both residential and commercial glass installations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Basic carpentry or construction skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, depending on the project.
- Exposure to various weather conditions when working on outdoor installations.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
- May involve standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights.

Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour
