The Bethania Group is currently recruiting for **THERAPEUTIC RECREATION SUMMER STUDENTS** to join our dedicated team at **Pembina Place Personal Care Home**, a 57-bed care home located at 285 Pembina Hwy. in Winnipeg, MB

We strive to provide the highest quality of long-term care to the residents. To that end we depend on the skills and compassionate caring of individuals in our Therapeutic Recreation Department.

This position is a term (**eight weeks - June, July, August**) (37.5) hours per week
- Monday to Friday) This position reports to the Director of Therapeutic Recreation for The Bethania Group.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Therapeutic Recreation Staff in delivering meaningful summer recreation programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Between the age of 16 - 30 years old.
- High School graduate or equivalent education
- Ability to communicate, read and write fluently in English.
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Creativity and high motivation
- Ability to build and promote a positive team spirit with the LTC facility.
- Ability to build and maintain good relations with residents, families, and staff.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
