**Job Overview**
At Orangedale, we specialize in premium outdoor spaces — patios, retaining walls, wood structures, and custom landscape builds. We’re growing and looking for a skilled, reliable Foreman to lead our hardscape crew and ensure top-quality results on every job.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead a crew of 2-5 landscape construction team members
- Read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
- Ensure proper installation of patios, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features
- Oversee safe and efficient use of tools, machinery, and materials
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Track project progress, site conditions, and daily productivity
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 6 years** of experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation
- Strong working knowledge of interlock systems, base prep, grading, and retaining wall construction
- Experience with small machinery and hand tools (e.g., skid steers, saws, compactors)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Valid driver’s license (G or higher) — DZ license is an asset
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
