**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining CaTECH AV standards and best Practices.
- Working with Management team, and customers to ensure a smooth delivery of project from
project kickoff to customer signoff. Communication skills is upmost importance.
- Providing weekly status updates.
- Maintain a project schedule to ensure that timelines are being met, flagging setbacks and
potential failures within the project.
- Directing fellow technicians tasked to work on the project to daily tasks, as well as self managing
tasks associated to the project.
- Keeping inventory of products associated to project, maintaining accurate serial number
database and assisting in the RMA process for any unused product.
- Pickup/receive and necessary equipment from our office and/or currier for customers site.
- Configure, load and base test necessary equipment within the project. (i.e. Crestron, Audio DSP,
Barco, etc.)

**Other Considerations**:

- Working under other project leads if tasked to work on projects they are leading. Which may
include structured cabling, electrical/mechanical rough in.
- Understanding customers requirements to potentially work afternoon/evening/night work.
- In the case of provided work van/truck, maintenance is to be done outside of work hours.
- Basic tool set to be provided by tech (See Basic Tool description.) Power tools and speciality
tools will be provided by CaTECH for either, the tech to hold for daily work, or job specific to be
returned to warehouse once project is completed.

- 8 hour shift
