**Position: AZ DRIVER (Full Time)**

**Position Location: BURLINGTON**

**Hours: 44 per week+**

**Primary Function**:
To drive a heavy commercial truck and deliver building materials in a safe and efficient manner, follow instructions by the supervisor to meet customer demands, and also perform other duties as required.

**Work experience and other requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and able to do the work involved
- One to two years similar experience highly preferred

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Effective written and oral communication skills (ability to speak, read and write English)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic skills with hand tools
- Works well under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to drive heavy commercial vehicles

**Physical Activity Description**:
Activities include, but, are not limited to;
- Driving a heavy commercial truck
- Climbing up and down truck to secure and unsecure the load as well as to perform checks

**Education/ Training Requirements**:

- Valid AZ Class Ontario drivers license

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
