**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible for general building maintenance at Wilson Courts, Penfeld Court, and the Eden East Mental Wellness Centre, including resolving general, basic maintenance issues, minor plumbing and heating, electrical repairs, patch and paint, finishing and general construction, grounds maintenance, and basic housekeeping items. This position is required to interact with tenants, as well as work in collaboration with third-party contractors, on occasion. The incumbent is required to respond to emergencies after-hours.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous maintenance and/or construction experience required.
- Experience working with mental health/vulnerable persons an asset.- **Knowledge, Skills and Ability**:

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude towards work and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with team members, tenants and third-party contractors.
- Understand and adhere to budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to protect confidential matters (training provided).
