Working with a team you will fully understand the MES system for routing production, obtaining work instructions and logging defects. Preparing parts and PCBs to be wave soldered or inserted at the electronic insertion machine.

**What the job is all about**:

- Operate electronic insertion machine in a single or dual capacity
- Operate wave solder machine
- Perform Final Inspection involving inspecting all through-hole components for orientation, correct component placement and ensuring that all finishing is completed properly
- Collecting data on defects would be included with inspection
- Operate a press fit, aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices and crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place
- Connect component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points
- Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies
- You will also assemble cables, heat sinks and power supplies for finishing
- Test assemblies using dedicated test stations
- Keep up to date on Manufacturing technology and new processes
- Adhere to all Ross Video Safety protocols and maintain ESD practices

**Who you are**:

- A Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Capability of following procedures and working logically
- Detail-oriented mindset, conscientious and willing to ask questions
- An excellent aptitude for learning
- Able to work a rotational shift schedule

**Bonus points if you have the following**:

- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment and Electronics Assembly
