Maxest Capital, is a fast-growing real estate investment firm with a multi-family residential portfolio spanning British Columbia and Alberta. We are building a professional, in-house property management department to streamline operations, enhance service quality, and deliver strong results for our tenants and investors. As part of this transformation, we’re hiring a **Licensed Residential Property Manager** to be the operational lead for our growing portfolio.

Position Summary:
As our **Residential Property Manager**, you will oversee all aspects of operations across multiple residential buildings. You will lead our community leadership teams (on-site managers and caretakers), coordinate vendors, and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient property management using **Yardi**. You will be our central operations lead—ensuring leasing, maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations are handled professionally, on time, and on budget.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with excellent property management experience, particularly from large institutional players.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
- Supervise and support Community Leaders and Assistant Community Leaders
- Monitor leasing, move-ins/outs, inspections, and maintenance in Yardi
- Approve and track renovations, suite turnovers, and work orders
- Handle escalated tenant concerns, lease compliance, and RTB processes
- Liaise with external vendors and monitor service standards
- Track portfolio KPIs (occupancy, delinquency, maintenance aging, turnover speed)
- Report regularly to ownership team on financial and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with provincial tenancy laws and Lender requirements

What You Bring:

- **Licensed Property Manager in British Columbia (REQUIRED)**:

- **3-5+ years of residential property management experience (PREFERRED)**:

- Prior experience with large-scale operators or REITs such as **CAPREIT, QuadReal, Minto, BentallGreenOak, Colliers**, or similar (a strong asset)
- Proficiency with **Yardi Breeze or Voyager** (preferred)
- Strong leadership, Problem Solving and Communication Skills
- High attention to detail, follow-up, and accountability
- Ability to travel for site visits couple of times per year as needed (expenses covered)
