Reporting to the Service & Parts Manager, the ideal applicant will be responsible for:
- Working with our technicians to quote and supply parts for all of our used vehicle reconditioning needs-
- Creation, management and closing of parts quotations and invoices- Inventory control including ordering of parts, unpacking and placement of orders and compiling parts returns- Working with Used Car Department to complete Used Car Reconditioning quotes- Distributing work to technicians- Creating technician work orders
- You will assist as the Service Advisor as required when they are unavailable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times-
- Confirming with guests any and all maintenance or services that are due-
- Assisting both guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needsThe ideal applicant must have the following qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License- Clean Drivers Abstract- Excellent people skills- Strong work ethic
