Purpose:

- Management of all activities relating to the implementation and delivery of new products, enhancements pertaining to operational related issues and streamlining of processes to improve productivity
- Lead role in Canada managing the HCL partnership with Xerox as it related to the delivery of new product.
- Create and execute a strategic plan to ensure a flawless install process and work with our partners to ensure this plan is achieved through a strategic partner relationship.
- Effective management of Install and Removal backlogs, including completion of fault free installs and removals
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints across stakeholders
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Need to strategically manage the work and resources through the partnership with logistics vendor.
- Establishes the team goals and roll out to logistics vendor to achieve these goals.
- Provides guidance, feedback and leadership to the logistics vendors' managers and direct report to influence and direct performance.
- Promotes an environment of employee involvement in the workplace.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing clear and concise direction and communication of priorities and to achieve site install revenue and timing of delivery goals.
- Daily interface with customers, Xerox US, Warehouse, Sales, Analysts, Admin, Riggers, and others in the Customer Delivery value stream to ensure level of service targets are being met/exceeded.
- Collaborate with other business partners, such as: external and internal customers, supply chain, service organization and logistic partners, etc. to ensure success in the execution of plan and deliveries for all customers are satisfied.
- Manage and share changes to the install results and outlook
- Participate meetings with HCL delivery teams, Managers OTC, finance, inventory team.
- Leading Planning and Operations meetings and participating supply meetings as required.
- Builds cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable tact are required to gain support.
- Interacts regularly with both Xerox and HCL management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and/or customers.
- Maintains positive relationships with key customers, suppliers, etc., who have a significant impact on the success of the organization.
- Accountable for projects or programs that drive productivity within the team.
- Achieve KPIs targets, such as install revenue, delivered not installed metric and order input to financial install process cycle time.
- Develop and monitor team KPIs to achieve business & clients’ objectives.
- Using available systems to analyze data to prepare KPI metrics and management reports, conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Work experience running a national program with responsibilities for setting and executing a strategic plan along with driving productivity initiatives to deliver over plan results.
- Strong leadership, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in the team environment independently and with cross-functional team
- Seasoned management skills in setting team objective, drive cross-functional collaboration, prudent risk-taking, self-awareness and adaptability, results and performance driven individual.
- Resilient and able to handle pressure. Self-directed, self-disciplined and highly organized; big picture orientation with attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in a very fast-paced environment. Ability to comprehend new information rapidly and integrate same to create successful outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Exceptional analytical skills, negotiation and problem resolution skills. Experience with cost/benefit analysis. Knowledgeable in planning, statistics modeling, what-if scenario analysis is preferred. Ability to influence and drive fact-based decision making.
- University Degree or equivalent business management experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain management, planning, demand and inventory management.
- Computer / systems literacy knowledge a requirement.
- Presentation and negotiation skills required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$89,000.00 per year
