**Experience & Knowledge of the following is an asset**:
Therapeutic & texture modified menus

Ability to instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing & food presentation

Create & adjust new recipes for therapeutic diets

Assist with menu planning

Ordering of food and kitchen supplies
