**Responsibilities**
- Accurately & efficiently pick, assemble, and load orders for shipment while maintaining targets
- Ensuring all Health & Safety protocols are adhered to
- Participating in continuous improvement activities
- Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other's knowledge and support your co-workers
- Demonstrate our company culture and values
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications & Core Competencies**
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Warehouse experience is an asset, but not required - full training provided
- Experience using a Pallet Jack and Forklift is an asset, but not required - full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasker with solid attention to detail
- Positive and self-motivated
- Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions
- Proven track record of reliability and safety
- Thrive in a team setting and able to work independently
- Steel toed shoes required

**Location**:3695 Barrington Street, Halifax, NS B3K 2Y3

**Job Type**:Full-time (37.5 hours), permanent. OT starts at 40 hours.

**Schedule**:Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime on evenings and weekends may be required as needed to meet business needs.
