**What Will You do?**
- Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and details based on project requirements.
- Incorporate architectural and engineering elements while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
- Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD) to create, modify, and update technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiar with xref drawings and drawing package set up
- Develop 2D and 3D models of buildings, structures, and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components.
- Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, details, and schedules, necessary for permitting, construction, and coordination among various project stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CAD drawing library, ensuring version control and easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure accurate representation of design intent in drawings.
- Participate in design review meetings to address questions and concerns regarding CAD drawings.
- Perform thorough reviews of CAD drawings to identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential conflicts in the design.
- Implement revisions and corrections as needed to maintain accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Effectively communicate technical information through visual representations, making complex concepts understandable for project stakeholders.
- Assist in clarifying design concepts and detailing decisions to support efficient construction executio

**What You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 5 year experience
- Associate's degree or higher in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, xref etc.) with a strong ability to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings.
- Familiarity with architectural and construction terminology, as well as building codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience working on residential and commercial projects is advantageous.
