**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Manage daily front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and overall dining room ambiance
- Train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house team members to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling procedures, and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery times

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
