**Job Summary**
We are hiring Part Time Team Members for our Newmarket location

Whilst working at DoughBox, you will participate in multiple different roles. We do not have set roles such as line cook, or cashier. We try and vary people around to be trained on every station in the store, so the opportunity to gain experience is there for multiple different sections that can easily cross over to other careers.

The roles you will participate in include but are not limited to
- Preparation and proper handling of food
- Handling cash and debit transactions
- Providing a Excellent Guest Experience as you prepare the food in our open concept kitchen
- Handling and organizing orders to set up the kitchen for success
- Cleaning and upkeep of both our open design kitchen, as well as our dining room
- The timely preparation of food in accordance with our recipes and standards
- Ensuring the proper care, maintenance and cleaning of our kitchen equipment
- Maintaining, organizing, cleaning as well as proper storiage of all areas of the restaurant
- Finding ways to work efficiently within your section so as to maintain proper service times despite high load periods
- Additional duties and assignments as requested

You need to be comfortable in a fast paced environment where you can communicate strongly and work closely with your fellow team members.
Important strengths include
- Strong Communicative skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to hold momentum and a fast pace for long durations
- Good sense of teamwork and a willingness to help others
- Able to multi-task and think on the fly to overcome any challenges that arise
- Desire to make good food, in a good environment

Any experience in a kitchen or in a serving capacity is a benefit but not required.

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Smart Serve (required 18+)
