As a full-time **Wine Merchant - Key Holder **you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experience. Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impression.

**You Will**:
Assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings Share the responsibility in the overall function and flow of the day-to-day retail store.

Opening and closing of the store; sales reconciliation, the execution of all marketing, and store operational programs.

**Must Have**:

- All applicants must be the minimum age of 19 with flexible availability with varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends with the store being open every day.
- Minimum 2 years Key Holder experience within a similar role. Detail-oriented and able to handle cash, POS register and all sales transactions.
- Proven track record with demonstrated sales and customer service skills.
- Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including lifting up to 25 kgs
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

- Criminal Record Check (company will pay for the check)
- Smart Serve required or willing to obtain and company paid
- Must be fully vaccinated with two dose Covid-19 vaccine
