**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features.
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners effectively.
- Utilize power tools including lawnmowers, blowers, and trimmers safely and efficiently.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation according to design specifications.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest control measures as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care practices.
- Ability to dig, build, and maintain landscapes effectively.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
