**General Labourer **(Temporary Contract)

**What will I be doing?**

The General Labourer is required to perform maintenance tasks during the renovations within the buildings. These tasks include cleaning and preparing a job site, delivering and unloading materials/furniture, and using a variety of tools and machines to complete demolition and construction tasks. Work assignments will be received in the form of oral work orders, but the Team Member may be required to determine how to complete the tasks. This contract is for approximately 3 months, but may result in permanent employment.

- Proven mechanical abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with routine maintenance equipment
- Able to effectively communicate verbally
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Perform in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations
- Must be able to lift and carry 24.5 kilograms and push/pull 14.5 kilograms
- Other general work as required
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
