**Job Overview**

We are looking for multiple Journeyman Plumbers/Foreman/4th Year/3rd Year to manage and work on our commercial projects, with the ability to read blueprints, create material lists, manage plumbers/apprentices on the job, communicate effectively with General Contractors and company management, while maintaining labour and material quotas.

We are also looking for at least one Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter to do residential and commercial service work.

Commitment and longevity will be rewarded accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Perform heavy lifting as required for plumbing materials and equipment
- Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC technicians and carpenters on construction projects

**Requirements**:

- Plumbing experience: Journeyman Certificate
- Proficiency in using hand tools specific to plumbing work
- Strong mechanical aptitude for **troubleshooting and problem-solving**:

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Capability to lift heavy objects safely
- Experience in maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- plumbing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Journeyman Certificate (required)
- Bluebook (required)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.23-$49.27 per hour
