We're hiring a Full Time Supervisor/Team Leader with open availability to join our sales team. A team leader is an on-shift supervisor who assists customers while having the added responsibility of directing the sales team, processing returns and locking/unlocking the store.

**_WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_**
- Experienced salesperson with supervisory experience
- Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Positive, outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent listener with strong communications skills
- Self-starter with confidence to independently engage customers
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Enjoy working in a team environment

**_POSITION DETAILS_**
- On shift Supervisor of Sales Team
- Assist customers and sales team with customer service and operational questions
- Complete store merchandising, stock transfers & receiving and price markdowns
- Standing for long periods of time, using ladders and lifting boxes
- Personal and family discount
