**The Company**:
OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

**About the role**:
At OSL we couldn’t be more excited to partner with a globally recognized industry leader and **Online Service Provider. **To that end we are looking to recruit a **Regional Team Lead **to help support this new client partnership. This is truly a fantastic opportunity to work with an **incredible global brand **As the Regional Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Program and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing in store sales initiatives in your Region, with the goal of delivering sales results, improving customer satisfaction within the store, and increasing overall brand awareness.

**Vancouver Region: Surrey, Abbotsford, Kamloops, Port Coquitlam, Richmond**

**Contract: July thru October with high potential to go full-time**

**A little more about the role**:

- Successfully manage, mentor, and develop store sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Document and drive execution of overall strategy by meeting and planning for tasks across departments
- Advanced Operations KPI Analysis - measuring efficiencies of operational processes to continuous evolve and improve
- Act as an advisor, and build and maintain relationships across the wider stakeholder community
- Support field with daily touchpoints with Sales Representatives and in store support visits
- Developing scope on various initiatives and ensuring progress is tracked
- Liaise with key external Program Stakeholders to solicit feedback and maintain relationships
- Dashboard management, monitoring key behaviours and sales trends
- Develop Sales Team
- Scheduling and Recruiting

**Retail Sales Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Experience in managing a field team with primary focus on sales
- Ability to train, develop, and maintain a sales culture
- Collaborate with retail store and sales teams to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure customer experience
- Lead a team providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure sales targets achieved
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

**Customer Experience**:

- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into actionable initiatives

**What you bring**:

- 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods
- Strong leader and communicator with an unwavering devotion to create an outstanding customer experience across assigned region
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and initiative for issues and see through to resolution with a proven ability to work under pressure, manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proven business acumen, team building, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey reporting analysis and metrics to senior management
- Relationship management: you quickly develop and foster trusting, healthy relationships with Client Partners and Sales Team Members
- Flexibility to travel as required, 60-80% travel out of office is anticipated
