**Who Are We?**
We’re _Praguery_ - Vancouver’s unique ice cream bakery on wheels, serving up handcrafted chimney cakes (Trdelník) and real-deal ice cream. Everything is made from scratch daily with natural ingredients, from our dough to our signature fillings and toppings.

We’re now hiring for **part-time positions** at our exciting new Grouse Mountain location.

**LOCATION**:
Dessert Truck located atop ofGrouse Mountain, 6400 Nancy Greene Way, North Vancouver, BC V7R 4T5

**HOURS**:
9am - 10pm

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Opening and closing following checklist
- Taking orders, accepting payments
- Preparing and serving ice cream cones, chimney cakes or drinks following recipes
- Friendly communication with customers and trying to reach their dessert desires
- Responsibility for cash handling
- Responsibility for food handling
- Rolling and baking pastry by recipe
- Communication with your coworkers about orders and procedures
- General cleaning duties to keep all areas clean and tidy

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent English
- Must be available at least 2 days per week
- Weekend availability is required
- At times must be able to work comfortably alone with mínimal supervision
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Available for weekdays and evenings
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to consistently serve all menu items to meet our quality and presentation standards
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate POS system
- Positive attitude
- Pasion for food

**COMPENSATION**:
Start $19/hour + TIPS
