This is an exciting, hands-on position where you'll be the face of our brand, interacting directly with the community and bringing the fun, flavour, and joy of Four All Ice Cream to life. You’ll play a key role in expanding our local presence by being involved in events and driving brand awareness through personal interactions.

**About You**:

- You are outgoing, social, and love interacting with people, especially kids
- You have a passion for ice cream and an excitement to share it with others.
- You have experience representing a brand and can captivate an audience.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- You’re able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
- You are adaptable, comfortable with a flexible schedule (weekends, evenings, etc.), and have reliable transportation.
- You’re enthusiastic about being part of a small-batch, local food movement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hosting Birthday Parties**:In a team of two, you will lead ice-cream-making workshops for groups of up to 12 kids. Take them through experimentation, tasting, and a creative hands-on ice cream-making experience, while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with event attendees, answer questions, hand out samples, and create excitement around our ice cream.
- **Brand Representation**: Be the face of Four All Ice Cream at events, ensuring our brand message is consistently communicated and that all activities align with our company values.
- **Sales Support**: Actively promote and sell ice cream products, driving brand awareness and increasing sales at events.
- **Social Media Presence**: Capture moments from events and share with our marketing team for social media.
- **Post-Event Analysis**: Collect feedback and insights to improve future events and experiences, reporting on successes and areas for growth.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in brand representation or customer engagement
- Comfortable working with children and families, with a natural ability to entertain and energize a crowd
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and a natural communicator
- Ability to handle logistics, manage time effectively, and deliver results
- Open availability and a willingness to be “on-call” for upcoming events with as much notice given as possible
- Must have access to reliable transportation to attend events around Waterloo Region and other local areas as far as Toronto
- Food Handler’s Certification is an asset - will be required to complete within 30 days of employment if you do not have it
- Must be able to attend one or more training session(s) over March Break (March 11th to 14th from 12pm to 3pm)

**What We Offer**:

- **Hourly Rate**: $20 per hour
- **Mileage Compensation**:At the standard rate of $0.61 per kilometre for any travel required outside of Waterloo Region
