**What is the position?**

**HAZUKIDO Union Station**has an exciting opportunity for lovers of baked goods and well-crafted drinks to join our team as an Associate Barista & Baker**.**We are seeking passionate individuals who are looking to reach their full potential working within a high performing team setting.

**What are the key tasks?**
- Our Associates are responsible for multiple tasks including customer service, baker, and barista - based on our conversation and assessment of your skills and knowledge, you will be provided with tailored, on-the-job training that fits your pace during the first two weeks to learn your craft.
- Master Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prepare baked goods and drinks accurately and in a timely manner and to serve and sell with passion and professionalism
- Bring a smile to each customer and treat colleagues the same way
- Operate the cash register
- Be proactive in creating and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for customers
- Contribute to the overall success of the bakery and the franchise by completing required and recommended training, coaching, etc.

- Food Handler/Safety Certificate and schedule flexibility if full-time.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Previous relevant experience or education in the food and beverage, retail, or hospitality industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
