Part Time Storage Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the storage facility
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payments
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, and report any issues to upper management
- perform move in, move outs and lease executions
- Ensure action plans set are executed by site staff
- Enforce facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
- 2+ years in office management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Benefits**:
