**Position Overview**

As a **Production Worker** at Revival Productions, you’ll play a key role in the daily manufacturing process — ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared to meet company and client standards. You’ll work as part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and organizing production supplies.
- Follow established procedures, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Contribute to process improvements and uphold a culture of teamwork and respect.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is an asset — but **not required**.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependability — showing up on time and ready to contribute every day.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or comfort with operating tools/machinery is an advantage.
