Stratford, Canada International Graphics ULC Full time

**Job Summary - Permanent Full-Time Positions Available for Straight Day Shift Monday Through Friday.**
- Operates various printing presses and finishing equipment
- Reviews work orders / Job tickets for specific and or special instructions per individual order details
- Performs accurate measurements
- Prepares plates, prints and collates finished pages
- Manages daily press calibrations and colour profile per S.O.P. - Pass/fail condition
- Mixes ink to Pantone colour book or CMYK standards
- Maintains quality checklist sign-off and sample collection procedures
- Maintains daily production records
- Perform regular press lubrication, cleaning and preventative maintenance, as instructed
- Maintains housekeeping standards, as instructed for press and work station

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Completion of Grade 12, or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Some previous printing press experience would be an asset
- Basic math skills; ability to read/write English and to interpret specific order details
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Capable of making sound decisions in processes and waste controls
- Possesses a demonstrated focus on internal and external customer service
- Must be willing to be cross-trained in alternate functions
- Must be prepared to accept flexibility in shift assignments, as required from time to time and willing to accept overtime as required
