To maximize booking and client retention. This accomplished with outstanding hospitality and business development opportunity made through exceptional verbal, in-person, and written communication.

**Your Opportunity**

A Haldimand Motors Service Advisor is expected to perform by demonstrating an ability to make quick and informed decisions based on accurate information provided by Mechanics and Managers. An understanding of the business is certainly an asset - However, the right attitude and effort would make the world of difference.

- Answering Phones at a high rate of pace
- Processing Payments and providing invoices
- Booking appointments and understand basic computer programs
- Comprehension of information, with the ability to repeat information and communicate effectively
- Ability to independently advocate for services provided by Haldimand Motors
- Understand and offer appropriate Warranties when available and beneficial
- Ordering and Procuring parts for Mechanics and Delivering for their use
- Organizing and communicating Courtesy Vehicles for difficult situations
- Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and the ability to consistently deliver through achievement-oriented goal setting and focused execution
- Other Duties as required

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Position requires a Valid G-Class Driver’s License, with a clean driving record
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Being Empathetic with the Ability to stay positive when providing potentially negative information
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player who is self-motivated and work independently as required
- Process-oriented with superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
