**Overview of the job**:
Experienced URD Construction Foreman with a strong background in managing underground residential distribution projects from start to finish. Proven ability to lead teams of up to 8 crew members, coordinate inspections with utility representatives, and ensure that all aspects of the project are executed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Adept at reporting, scheduling, problem-solving, and serving as the key point of communication between job sites and project management teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in URD construction and underground utility installation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Proficient in coordinating with utility companies and developers.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of the safe operation and limitations of heavy machinery.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Competent in conducting and managing site safety meetings.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and work orders.

**Duties**:

- Manage onsite URD construction projects and supervise crews of 6-8 members.
- Handle daily time reporting for the full crew.
- Schedule and conduct inspections with utility representatives
- Collect and report accurate installation quantities for billing and progress tracking.
- Communicate job site updates and issues to project managers on a daily basis.
- Lead morning safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
- Mentor and train new hires on tasks, safety, and equipment operation.
- Solve problems and manage conflicts among crew and contractors.
- Attend meetings and represent the team when required.
- Conduct weekly developer site meetings to coordinate ongoing work and resolve issues.

Pay: $36.00-$42.00 per hour
