**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with other BIM Technicians and Engineers to develop 3D structural models and 2D drawings
- Assist with the creation of new models and the quality of BIM deliverables
- Demonstrate accountability to the project team across all departments
- Collaborate and coordinate internally with other disciplines design and model changes
- Continual improvement of design & drafting process to improve efficiency and reduce design cycle times
- Implement BIM drafting standards to maintain consistency across all 3D structural models and 2D drawings
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet scheduled deadlines
- Grow construction industry technical knowledge

**Position Requirements**:

- Structural/Architectural technology diploma/certificate, Architecture degree, or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in the AEC industry
- Formal training or hands-on experience with BIM software programs including Revit
- Familiarity with collaboration solutions such as BIM 360 Model coordination, BIM 360 Design
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam
- Experience with Dynamo, Rhino 3D and Grasshopper considered an asset
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work under and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and eye for design
- Desire to learn about building science and construction techniques
- Able to recognize when technical problems are developing and initiate appropriate corrective actions

**Position terms and conditions**

This is a permanent full-time position. We are headquartered in Abbotsford, BC, Canada with an office in Seattle, WA. This role would be located in BC or Seattle with flexible office/work from home options. We offer a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes extended benefits, 3 weeks vacation, and a retirement savings plan.
