**Overview**:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our **Paint and Blast Department**. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, blasting, and painting metal components to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and durability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Blasting product and parts to remove mill scale to provide a flawless profile in preparation for paint. (up to 6 hrs/day)
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure a flawless finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Follow and comply by all safety standards

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a Manufacturing setting.
- Able to lift up to 60lbs
- Willing to learn new tasks.
- Detail oriented, quality conscience
- Proficient mechanical skills.
- Able to use read a measuring tape.
- Read and understand drawings according to individual assemblies.
- Able to operate Oxy-Acetylene torch
- Able to operate machinery safely and keep safety records.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Industrial Paint experience is an asset.
